Oil spills and Littering.
4. How will it affect us?
• If there are oil spills, it can kill the sea creatures, as they accidentally drink the oil.
• Litter will kill the sea creatures, and make the sea dirty, we need to clean the dead sea creatures also.
5. Suggest ways that we can prevent this to happen.
• Always do oil check whether it is spilled or not.
• Do fine for the person who do littering.
• Build more water plant.
• Put more notices about not to litter
• Ask the ships to be more careful.
6. Look at the map which shows the location of the Marina Barrage and also the locations of various rivers in Singapore.Based on the map and your observations at the platform,suggest some reasons why the Barrage is built at its current location.
• It leads to all, the other smaller reservoirs.
• Easy to recycle to get clean water.
• Prevent flooding during raining days when high tide.
